Pale salmon in color, Amaryllis is a dry Sparkling Rosé Wine, made in the Méthode Champenoise style. Gentle notes of tart strawberry on the nose and palate, followed by a lush, creamy texture on the finish. 94% Chardonnay, 6% Merlot.
